You will find our clinic to be about 4 miles West of the HWY 35/80 and Hickman Road exit. Travel West on Hickman Road to the border of Clive and Waukee. After you pass the intersection of 156th Street (you will see a Kum N Go, Dahl's grocery, and a Walgreen's), you will continue another 1/4th mile until you see the large Stivers Ford dealership and Earl May garden center. Berkshire Parkway is directly across the street (North) from Stivers Ford. Turn on to Berkshire Parkway, drive one block to the "round-about" and you will find us at 2480 Berkshire Parkway (West side of the round-about).
